On the last day of pride Lil Nas X came out as queer and we are so happy from him. A lot of people spoke up in support of him and his music while a few had a lot to say. Lil Nas handled everything with grace and we are rallying behind him with support.
For Our Get Free segment - we spoke about ASAP Rocky’s arrest in Sweden. The family is asking for the support of the community to help him get free . But a few people are still upset with his comments towards Black Lives Matter a few years ago. Cidnee spoke about karma and the energy of the world. This situation should be a lesson to all who are seeking personal growth.
CANDY spoke about how we should not use this moment to say “I told you so” because the situation is a still not right... It does not help when everyone is pointing the finger.

A lot of conversation surrounding student loan debt has us excited. Well many of the upcoming presidential candidates have taken notice and are gearing their campaigns to those in need. Hali breaks down the things that would be affected with canceling student loans for people. Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren both have interesting plans to help the people. Everyone is talking debt cancellation and we are ready.
Speaking of people of color, a lot of talk has been surrounding the Afro Future Festival and the artist who pulled out due to the ticket pricing by race. The group analyze both sides of the argument. Black people often don’t get to attend festivals due to pricing. However if there is no lesson which should be equality it further divides people.
Hali talked about how guys have to pay more than girls most times... Is that the same thing? Chime in and let us know.
